Jamii Telecommunications Territory Sales Leader Jobs in Kenya; Work closely with the Regional Manager to execute marketing plans, grow subscriber base, ensure staffing and reseller numbers are met, and achieve acquisition targets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full support to the Regional Manager, Trade Representatives, and agents within the allocated zone.

  • Recruit and manage agents.

  • Ensure set targets are achieved and surpassed in the allocated business environment.

  • Maintain an active pipeline of customers, agents, and Trade Development Representatives.

  • Oversee zonal development and implementation of short‑term and long‑term plans.

  • Supervise implementation of various channels within the zone.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and plans using Microsoft Office tools.

  • Uphold integrity and strong work ethic.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.

  • Previous experience in zonal management.

  • Experience selling FMCG products; FMCG industry background an added advantage.

  • Minimum 3 years of team leadership in commercial sales.

  • Strong Route‑to‑Market, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven strategic and analytical skills.

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities.

  • Customer Relationship Management expertise.
