Job Responsibilities

  • Source new business leads, service accounts, and obtain orders for acquisition and fulfilment.

  • Keep management informed on trade activities by submitting daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analysis.

  • Monitor market trends by gathering intelligence on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

  • Recommend innovations in products and service delivery aligned with market advances.

  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports with recommendations.

  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Role Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in a business‑related field preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer relations, or merchandising.

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and target‑driven.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong teamwork ability.

  • Customer‑ and business‑focused attitude.

  • Proactive approach to client acquisition using all necessary tools to achieve results.

  • Ability to multi‑task and complete assignments to closure.

  • Strong brand ownership mindset.

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
