Jambojet Regional Sales & Ticketing Agent - Eldoret Jobs in Kenya; Under the general guidance of the Sales Supervisor, the Sales and Ticketing Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and supporting customer retention. The role involves processing flight bookings accurately, offering the best available fares, managing customer interactions professionally and promoting Jambojet products and services to enhance revenue and strengthen loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer best available fares, generate sales and ensure 100% accuracy in quotations and revenue collection.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling Jambojet products.

  • Engage and support customers to build loyalty and long‑term growth.

  • Provide accurate information on schedules, fares, promotions and travel requirements.

  • Assist with bookings, cancellations, refunds and ticketing services.

  • Handle customer complaints courteously and resolve issues promptly.

  • Perform daily reconciliation of sales returns and maintain accurate records.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences.

  • Safeguard company property and comply with OHS and security policies.

  • Contribute ideas to improve products, processes and customer experiences.

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

    Qualifications

  • Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related discipline.

  • Diploma in IATA / UFTAA Foundation or Consultant Level is a plus.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in airline or travel agency fares and ticketing preferred.

  • Relevant industry certifications; membership in professional bodies is an advantage.
