Jambojet Regional Sales Executive - Western Jobs in Kenya; Under the general direction of the Sales and Distribution Manager, the Regional Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring consistent execution of the airline’s commercial strategy. The role includes identifying and converting new customers, nurturing existing relationships, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, overseeing station sales teams and delivering revenue, load factor and customer growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and passenger growth.

  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities through prospecting and client engagement.

  • Drive brand equity and demand generation via regional activations and campaigns.

  • Cultivate partnerships with travel agents, corporate accounts and key stakeholders.

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoints.

  • Acquire new business and retain existing clients through regular visits and engagements.

  • Champion product adoption and revenue maximization through upselling and cross‑selling.

  • Optimize regional sales performance and resolve frontline operational challenges.

  • Develop and manage regional budgets for
    sales activities and promotions.

  • Enforce financial governance with accurate and timely sales reconciliation.

  • Deliver actionable market intelligence by monitoring customer insights and industry trends.

    Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality or related field.

  • Minimum 4 years’ sales experience, with at least 2 years leading a team and achieving targets.

  • Experience in aviation or travel industry preferred.

  • Professional sales or marketing certifications are an advantage.
