Jafari Credit Limited Sales Manager - Central Kenya Jobs in Kenya


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve a minimum monthly regional disbursement target of KES 10 million.

  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture Sales Team Leaders and Sales Agents across the region.

  • Build a strong talent pipeline through continuous recruitment and succession planning.

  • Set clear performance targets and hold team members accountable.

  • Drive employer acquisition and market expansion.

  • Monitor productivity, conversions, and portfolio quality, implementing corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with Credit, HR, Marketing, and Operations to deliver regional objectives.

  • Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and customer service.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

  • Additional professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent) are an advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years’ sales leadership experience in microfinance or financial services.

  • Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and leading high‑performing sales teams.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
