Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing the delivery of tax consulting services to a wide range of clients

Managing multiple relationships and ensuing client satisfaction

Oversee the compliance management process and adapt to challenges in the process

Developing and growing team members

Pro-actively identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

CPA Uganda certification

At least five years of experience in a tax consultation environment

Strong time management and project management skills

Flexible approach to challenges

Extremely high professional standards

Excellent written and spoken English.
