Is there a Scholarship for Diploma Course ?

I am diploma student at the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources in Malawi. I am pursuing a Commonwealth Diploma in Youth Development on distance learning. However, I have challenges to raise the tuition fee which is at $650 per year. Is it possible for me to be assisted through these grants and scholarships?
