Internet Services Sales and Marketing Supervisors Jobs in Nairobi

Summary:

Our client is an internet provider for both commercial and residential use and are looking for 2 sales and marketing supervisors to sell and market the internet services to potential customers and supervise a team of Sales executives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the ever-growing sales team

Using the budget at your disposal to implement a sales business plan that build the customer base by achieving the required sales numbers

Own sales staff recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring

Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by engaging with customer and potential customers and listening to their needs and aligning product sales to these needs

Allocating areas/prospects to the sales team

Developing sales strategies and setting targets

Meeting own and team targets

Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets

Compiling and analyzing the sales figures

Present sales, revenue and expenses

reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Identify new market opportunities to help exceed the sales numbers.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field

3-5 years experience in Sales and Marketing

Experience selling and marketing internet services a must

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Team management and supervisory skills

Reporting and presentational skills

Self driven and ability to work with minimum supervision
