International Transformation Foundation Project Manager Jobs in Kenya; ITF seeks a passionate, innovative, and highly motivated Project Assistant to support planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of organizational projects and community initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for young professionals interested in gaining hands-on experience in project management, nonprofit operations, and youth empowerment.

Responsibilities

Support planning and implementation of ITF projects and activities.

Conduct field visits, community assessments, and project monitoring.

Prepare project reports, activity reports, and documentation.

Coordinate community meetings, trainings, and awareness activities.

Assist in project budgeting, logistics, and operational coordination.

Support monitoring and evaluation processes including data collection and reporting.

Maintain project records, photos, and documentation.

Liaise with volunteers, schools, community leaders, and beneficiaries.

Assist in organizing project launches, workshops, and community engagement activities.

Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Candidate Specifications

Must be between 18–30 years old.

Must commit to a minimum of 6 months.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is an added advantage.

Strong organizational,

communication, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to participate in field activities and community engagement.

Passionate about youth empowerment, community transformation, and sustainable development.

ITF volunteers enjoy learning opportunities, leadership exposure, networking, career development, and international engagement.

ITF does NOT provide salaries, stipends, or financial compensation.

Volunteers are responsible for personal expenses (accommodation, transport).

ITF facilitates direct operational expenses incurred during official activities (fieldwork, project implementation, meetings).
