International Rescue Committee Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Applications Jobs in Kenya; To support IRC’s Enterprise Applications portfolio by managing system enhancement and integration projects, primarily within the ServiceNow platform. The role partners with engineering, architecture, and business teams to advance IRC’s IT support model through Agile methodologies, ensuring technical solutions are well‑documented, tested, and supportable.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

  • Manage design and delivery of ServiceNow enhancements and integrations with enterprise systems.

  • Coordinate release schedules and ensure solutions meet organizational needs.

  • Apply Agile methodologies: backlog management, sprint planning, task management, and scrum facilitation.

  • Act as Scrum Master, educating teams, facilitating events, and removing obstacles.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage cross‑system dependencies.

  • Maintain clear technical documentation for partners across the organization.

    Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with architects, developers, and business analysts.

  • Build positive partnerships with technology and business user communities.

  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to varied audiences, including senior executives.

    Risk & Quality Management

  • Manage integration risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

  • Support vendor and third‑party integration partners, ensuring compliance with data quality, security, and standards.

  • Continuously update program work plans, roadmaps, status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

    Job Requirements

  • 3–6 years’ experience managing
    technical projects, system enhancements, or data/system integrations.

  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, Trello, MS Planner).

  • Strong ability to enforce Agile methodologies in a Scrum Master role.

  • Experience working with developers, architects, and data engineers.

  • Familiarity with system integration concepts and enterprise application platforms.

  • Ability to build and maintain technical documentation.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity.

  • NGO or humanitarian sector experience preferred.
