International Rescue Committee Senior Manager - Supply Chain Digitalization Benchmarking and Pilots Jobs in Kenya;The Program Officer will lead benchmarking work underpinning the data standards pilot and support the design and delivery of three pilots—governance, data standards, and interoperability. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role spanning three TWG workstreams, translating research and sector mapping into practical inputs for pilot design and execution.

Responsibilities

Benchmarking (Result 2)

  • Lead benchmarking with TWG member organizations, assessing data systems against agreed minimum viable data standards

  • Consolidate benchmarking results into clear, decision‑ready evidence to inform the data standards pilot

    Pilot Design, Delivery & Documentation (Results 1–3)

  • Support design and launch of governance, data standards, and interoperability pilots

  • Document pilot processes, capturing lessons learned for adaptive management

  • Author pilot completion reports in formats agreed with DG ECHO

  • Identify pilot opportunities under Result 3 with participating organizations

    Research Translation (Result 4)

  • Translate findings from mapping reports into concrete design inputs for pilots

    Coordination & Reporting

  • Participate in TWG meetings and sub‑group sessions

  • Provide regular progress updates to TWG co‑leads

  • Prepare materials for co‑leads meetings and HLGSC Coordination Board

    Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Data Science, International Development, or related field (required)

  • Master’s degree (advantageous)

    Experience

  • 3–6 years’ experience in humanitarian supply chain, program monitoring and evaluation, or data systems work

  • Direct responsibilities in pilot design or testing new operational mechanisms

    Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Comfort with data standards, benchmarking frameworks, and governance concepts

  • Excellent written communication skills, translating technical findings into actionable recommendations

  • Ability to work across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups

  • Fluency in English (required); French or Arabic (advantageous)

    Desirable

  • Prior experience with data standards frameworks (GS1, UNSPSC)

  • Experience with multi‑stakeholder coalitions or coordination bodies
