Major Responsibilities
Global Surge Team Process Management
Manage GST benefit processes (leave, status changes) with monthly Workday audits.
Coordinate workforce cost data for budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
Provide support for P&C initiatives impacting GST staff.
Ensure GST policies are consistently applied.
Maintain organized records for audit readiness.
People Data Management and HRIS Integrity
Perform accurate data entry and updates in HR systems.
Conduct data quality checks and review reports.
Investigate discrepancies and follow up for resolution.
Support process improvements by documenting issues.
P&C Analytics and Continuous Improvement
Compile and prepare workforce reports.
Review outputs to identify trends or gaps.
Track mandatory training completion.
Maintain dashboards and trackers.
Support process reviews and improvements.
Communications Management
Maintain and update P&C information on internal platforms.
Draft and coordinate routine communications.
Support staff engagement and recognition initiatives.
Respond to or triage basic P&C queries.
Other Administrative Support
Provide coordination and administrative support across P&C activities.
Assist with duty of care, gender equality, diversity and inclusion.
Support cross‑team collaboration with timely follow‑up.
Key Working Relationships
Reports to: Director, People and Culture, Emergency Unit & Senior P&C Operations Manager.
Internal contacts: EmU P&C Team; HR Operations Team; CRRD P&C Team; HQ P&C colleagues.
Actively supports: 70+ Emergency Unit staff + 150 GST staff.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
1–3 years’ relevant experience in HR/P&C, administration, or data management.
Exposure to fast‑paced or international work environments is an advantage.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Moderate experience with HR systems (Workday or similar).
Experience in data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Proficiency
in Excel/Google Sheets.
General understanding of HR/P&C processes.
Awareness of data accuracy and confidentiality.
English proficiency required; fluency in Arabic or French preferred.
