International Rescue Committee CRRD Data Analyst Jobs in Kenya; The Data Analyst will fill a critical (and in demand!) gap in the department, becoming an organizational expert in multiple large datasets and providing thought partnership to METAL leadership about the best ways to access and visualize internal data. The Analyst will leverage expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting to make data more readily accessible and user‑friendly for CRRD leaders and programs staff. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional teams, including fundraising and finance, to deliver actionable insights that enhance programmatic and operational decision making to maximize client outcomes.
