International Rescue Committee Business Systems Analyst Jobs in Kenya;Collaborating with IT colleagues and business partners, the Business Systems Analyst works to improve the efficient setup and deployment of business applications at IRC to meet end‑user needs and IRC’s mission, with a focus on financial, supply chain, and project management domains.

Major Responsibilities

  • Collect and assess system requirements from business users to ensure seamless configuration and delivery of business applications.

  • Lead administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems across finance, supply chain, HR, and operations.

  • Acquire domain expertise in cross‑functional business processes and supporting systems; stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

  • Manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners; maintain documentation of processes, configurations, data flows, and security models.

  • Coordinate with QA teams to support functional, user acceptance, and regression testing.

  • Provide Level 3 support for enterprise systems, resolving complex issues with internal and external teams.

  • Support processes for system updates, advancements, and new implementations.

    Key Working Relationships

  • Reports to: Business Systems Manager.

  • Supervises: N/A.

  • External contacts: Software vendors and consultants.

    Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (3–6 years’ experience in enterprise business systems; equivalent experience considered).

  • Proven
    experience in gathering, analyzing, and detailing cross‑functional requirements; experience with enterprise system testing.

  • Proficient in system administration, support, and change management in global/multi‑site environments.

  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP concepts and functionalities.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to convey complex information clearly.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams and organizational levels.

    Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certification.

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Experience in NGO/nonprofit sector, especially in distributed or low‑bandwidth environments.

  • French language proficiency is an added advantage.
