Background

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in South Sudan has been funded by OFDA to implement Camp Management activities within two (2) Protection of Civilian (PoC) sites in South Sudan under a one-year grant that includes a research and evaluation component.

Profile of the consultant

Significant field experience in humanitarian or development programming

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Good knowledge and experience of accountability to affected population (AAP) if possible in camp and camps-like settings

Expression of interest

Interested applicants should submit:

A CV

Reference for similar works and / or sample of similar

A brief methodology and structure of how the evaluation will be conducted over the evaluation period

An overview of how the final reports will be structured
