International Livestock Research Institute Field Coordinators - Gender Jobs in Kenya; The Creating Shared Value in the Livestock Sector with Young People in Kenya’s ASALs (CASHA) project promotes resilient, climate‑smart work opportunities through entrepreneurship in the livestock sector, targeting young women and men, including displaced persons and persons with disability. The project enables participants to leverage livestock and related value chains to earn dignified incomes, improve natural resources and ecosystems, and adopt climate‑smart productivity‑enhancing technologies. CASHA is implemented across 15 ASAL counties in Kenya, organized into four geographical clusters, with cluster offices strategically located to ensure harmonized planning, timely implementation, efficient resource use, consistent reporting, and alignment of activities across counties and partners.
