  • Um is seeking passionate individuals to serve in an upcoming two years Commercial Exploitation of Children CSEC Project at the Coast Respond.

    Qualified applicants are invited to apply to fill the positions listed below

  • The Security and investigations Manager will lead in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships within the National Police Service (NPS) and Witness Protection Agency, among others with the view of building capacity of these agencies to combat Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) in coastal hotpots.

  • The incumbent will work to ensure Um delivers on CSEC interventions with the National Police Service INPS) and the Directorate of Criminal Investigations’ ICU with a focus on police station capacity development and specialized law enforcement teams including D's Anti-Human Trafficking and Child Protection Unit TAHTSPUI The position will also support other interventions focused on building capacity Buss the justice sector, including efforts
    to strengthen Inter-agency coordination and case management.

  • The individual will also be responsible for the security of the coastal program as well as managing all security and investigations staff. .

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field with minimum of ten years’ experience conducting criminal investigations.

    • Must process excellent written and verbal communication skills:

    • Essence building and maintaining effective enforcement alliances

    • Minimum of 5 years as a law enforcement supervisor

    • Knowledge of Kenya's Penal Code, National Police Service Act and Criminal Justice System Preferred
