International Breweries Utilities Artisan Jobs in Kenya; To provide specialized electrical artisan skills and knowledge to the shift team, supporting the operation and maintenance of E&F plant equipment, and assisting in problem‑solving to ensure efficient plant performance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environment

  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental procedures and legislation.

  • Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.

  • Identify unsafe practices and conduct safety inspections.

  • Audit safe maintenance practices and adhere to PPE policies.

    Maintenance
  • Locate plant, equipment, spares, and documentation.

  • Plan and prepare jobs; carry out repairs and maintenance.

  • Operate workshop equipment.

    Teamwork
  • Communicate effectively in teams and contribute to team development.

  • Complete work orders and generate tags for follow‑on work.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with no rework.

    Operational Support
  • Provide specialist support to shift‑based teams.

  • Assist as functional expert in problem‑solving.

  • Support Process Artisans during operations.

    Planned Maintenance
  • Participate in maintenance planning meetings.

  • Carry out work during planned outages per schedule.

  • Contribute to maintenance postmortems with feedback.

    Routine Maintenance
  • Perform cleaning, lubrication, and inspection per schedule.

  • Resolve uncovered problems using problem‑solving techniques.

    Running Repairs
  • Carry out running repairs on plant and equipment.

  • Assess problems, determine course of action, and document repairs.

    Problem Solving
  • Apply correct approaches to resolve issues.

  • Escalate to Maintenance Controller when necessary.

  • Assist team members in resolving problems.

    Housekeeping & Safety
  • Operate safely at all times and highlight unsafe practices.

  • Follow work instructions and
    AB InBev policies.

  • Apply 5S principles during duties.

    Minimum Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

  • Electrical Artisan Trade Test certification (advantage).

  • 2–3 years’ experience as Electrical Artisan in similar industry.

  • 3–6 months on‑the‑job training preferred.
