Institution of Surveyors of Kenya Training and Examination Assistant Jobs in Kenya; Provide administrative and operational support for ISK training and professional examinations, ensuring effective scheduling, coordination, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing ISK training and examination timetables and calendars.

  • Coordinate marketing, administration, and organization of ISK training for members and non‑members.

  • Support coordination of ISK Professional Examinations in line with regulations.

  • Manage training programs, schedule sessions, advise on training aids, and maintain accurate records.

  • Coordinate development and continuous review of training materials.

  • Ensure timely payment of training and examination fees.

  • Analyze training and examination data to prepare reports for ISK Council.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual training and examination reports.

  • Perform other lawful duties as assigned.


    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying (Geospatial/Geomatics Engineering), Real Estate, Land Administration, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing (advantage).

  • Membership of ISK or relevant professional body (advantage).

  • Proficiency in ICT, Microsoft Suite, and CRM systems.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a similar organization.
