Institution of Surveyors of Kenya Membership Service Assistant Jobs in Kenya; Provide crucial administrative support for ISK’s membership programs including processing applications, updating the member management system, responding to inquiries, and coordinating events. Reports to the Membership Services Officer.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member questions, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in person.

  • Track and resolve inquiry tickets through the membership management system.

  • Conduct membership recruitment and retention initiatives.

  • Process membership applications, renewals, and subscription payments.

  • Maintain and update membership management system records.

  • Plan and execute member events.

  • Develop and implement membership drive and growth strategies.

  • Oversee delivery of quality membership services.

  • Coordinate ISK Membership Chapter programmes and outreach operations.

  • Identify promotional avenues to raise awareness of ISK.

  • Conduct service needs assessments for members.

  • Identify appropriate training programmes and services for members.

  • Support design and implementation of programmes from member research.

  • Develop and implement members’ welfare programmes.

  • Maintain the member management system.

  • Perform other lawful duties as assigned.


    Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying (Geospatial/Geomatics Engineering), Real Estate, Land Administration,
    Business Administration, or related field.

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing (advantage).

  • Membership of ISK or relevant professional body (advantage).

  • Proficiency in ICT, Microsoft Suite, and CRM systems.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a similar organization.
