Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya Manager - Practice Centre Of Excellence Jobs in Kenya;The Manager will direct daily operations of the Practice Centre of Excellence (PCoE), ensuring seamless delivery of training programs for practitioners. The role will oversee implementation of high‑impact training addressing gaps identified during ICPAK’s Quality Assurance Reviews, manage the Certification Course for Preparers of Financial Statements, and support technical work through CPD concept notes and responses to exposure drafts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic, technical, and managerial leadership for the PCoE.

  • Direct daily operations and ensure effective delivery of training programs.

  • Oversee implementation of the Certification Course for Preparers of Financial Statements.

  • Ensure training addresses gaps identified in Quality Assurance Reviews.

  • Participate in technical forums and develop CPD training concept notes.

  • Respond to exposure drafts and contribute to technical work of the Institute.

  • Champion innovation, quality enhancement, and sustainability of practice firms.

    Qualifications / Work Experience

  • Academic Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

  • Academic Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Professional Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA‑K).

  • Professional Member of ICPAK.

  • Professional Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in external audit and assurance, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role.
