Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya CPD Program Officer Jobs;The CPD Program Officer is responsible for managing, coordinating, and implementing ICPAK’s CPD initiatives to ensure members fulfill their professional development requirements and stay updated with the latest trends, standards, and best practices in the accounting field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and execution of ICPAK’s CPD programs

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage CPD events including workshops, seminars, webinars, and conferences

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, facilitators, and external partners to ensure relevant CPD content

  • Support management of ICPAK’s Learning Management System (LMS) for CPD courses

  • Monitor member participation in CPD activities and address non‑compliance issues

  • Generate and distribute regular CPD progress reports for members

  • Oversee issuance of CPD certificates and ensure compliance standards

  • Maintain proper documentation of CPD activities for audit purposes

  • Communicate CPD program details to members via email, social media, and other channels

  • Collaborate with external partners to offer high‑quality CPD opportunities

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

  • Progress in CPA course will be an added advantage

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
