Insight Axis Africa Field Supervisor Jobs in Kenya; Two Field Supervisors are needed to lead enumerator teams, manage field logistics, and safeguard data quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of enumerators in the field.

  • Conduct spot‑checks, back‑checks, and daily data quality reviews.

  • Manage field logistics, movement plans, and team welfare.

  • Report daily progress and issues to the Research Coordinator.

    Requirements

  • Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years’ field supervision experience on survey projects.

  • Strong command of sampling protocols and CAPI platforms (ODK, SurveyCTO, KoBo).

  • Excellent leadership, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
