Insight Axis Africa Enumerator / Field Officer Jobs in Kenya; We are recruiting 10 Enumerators / Field Officers to collect high‑quality survey data across assigned counties using CAPI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct household, establishment, and exit interviews using CAPI tools.

  • Follow sampling protocols and record GPS‑tagged submissions.

  • Submit clean, complete data daily and respond to back‑check queries.

  • Uphold respondent consent, confidentiality, and IAA field conduct standards.

    Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

  • Prior enumeration experience with a research firm is an added advantage.

  • Fluency in English, Kiswahili, and the local language of the assigned county.

  • Smartphone literacy and willingness to travel and work weekends during fieldwork.
