I am a South Sudanese by nationality who has just finished my O-level in Kampala

(Uganda) at Kings college Budo and awaiting results.I am truly interested in getting a scholarship abroad.
Is it possible and that easy to get?
And which ones are available and suitable for me now that I have finished O-level?
Finally how do I apply?
