Inquiry for PhD/M.Sc

I am young female with educational back ground of plant science (B.Sc) and Horticulture (M.Sc). Currently I am working as a development program coordinator in an international NGO. I want to pursue my PhD. Can I find full scholarship for PhD?

The research papers which I did for M.Sc are published in different journals (African Journal of Biotechnology, East African Science of journals and journal of applied horticulture).
