Indomie Warehouse and Logistics Head Jobs in Kenya; Indomie is seeking to recruit a Warehouse and Logistics Head to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, cost‑effective, and compliant supply chain management. The successful candidate will lead warehouse and logistics teams, optimize inventory control, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support seamless distribution and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and manage daily warehouse and logistics operations.

  • Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch.

  • Ensure timely and cost‑effective distribution to customers and distributors.

  • Monitor inventory accuracy and implement effective stock control procedures.

  • Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and operational workflows.

  • Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and logistics personnel.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

  • Manage transport planning and coordinate with third‑party logistics providers.

  • Analyze logistics performance and prepare operational reports and KPIs.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Finance teams
    for seamless operations.

    Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation planning.

  • Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Excellent leadership, planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
