Indepth Research Services Financial Stability and Macro-Prudential Policy Consultant Trainer Jobs in Kenya; We are seeking a Financial Stability and Macro-Prudential Policy Consultant Trainer to design and deliver training on systemic risk analysis, financial stability frameworks, and macro-prudential policy tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update training modules on financial stability, risk assessment, and macro-prudential regulation.

Deliver interactive workshops and seminars for regulators, risk managers, and financial professionals.

Provide real-world case studies and hands-on exercises in risk analysis and stress testing.

Guide participants in developing and implementing macro-prudential policies.

Integrate current best practices and regulatory updates into training.

Assess training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback.

Support organizations in building resilient financial systems.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Risk Management.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial stability analysis or macro-prudential policy.

Experience in training, capacity building, or professional development.

Certification in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM) is an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
