I&M Bank Analyst – Strategy & Transformation Jobs in Kenya;The Analyst – Strategy & Transformation will support the Bank’s strategic management process by monitoring performance against the Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard. The role involves KPI analysis, reporting, and supporting transformation initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Management

  • Assist in analysis of Strategy Map performance using Balanced Scorecard tools.

  • Support setting of KPIs to monitor implementation of the Strategic Plan.

  • Collate and analyze data to establish baselines and assess KPIs.

  • Monitor progress against targets, report deviations, and support remedial actions.

    Reporting & Governance

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and periodic reports for governance forums.

  • Highlight status and way forward for strategy and transformation implementation.

  • Provide content for bank‑wide communication on KPI achievement.

    KPI Effectiveness

  • Analyze effectiveness of KPIs and recommend changes where necessary.

  • Review KPIs for Business Plans and Initiatives supporting the Strategic Plan.

    Transformation Support

  • Provide support to the Transformation Office on cadence processes as required.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration an added advantage.

    Experience & Competencies

  • Minimum 3 years’ banking experience.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Ability to project manage complex strategic projects.

  • Strong interpretation, decision‑making, and problem‑solving ability.

  • Self‑driven with ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management applications desirable.
