We are looking to fill the following position immediately

Purpose

Product Champion is a strategic though partner and a hand on and participative leader responsible for the Vision of the company. The Productivity Champion responsible to enhance quality improvement and build capacity.

To ensure we continually improve our operational excellence through systems and processes while working with Service Champion and Vision Champion to meet marketing and business goals.

Scope of Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities of Productivity Champion are the following, but not limited;

Contractor acquisition (continually improving systems and meeting the requirements of the business in terms of skills and capacity).

Working with the management team to ensure and use the systems, tools, automation and processes needed to achieve operational excellence throughout the business.

Responsible for ensuring to constantly improving our

service giving efficiency, conduct analysis and Assist management team focused on achieving this standard.

Accountable for high level strategic and communication, high level achievement and implementation of company working culture and measurement.

Responsible to meet the goals and objectives of the company as per the plan.

Responsible for to speak intelligently about the issues, acts as a good facilitator,

Works and plays well with teams, accepts responsibility for the team’s failure, Defends the team’s ability to produce high quality and efficient achievement, Treats the team as knowledgeable professionals, Sets reasonable performance expectations, and Conduct SWOT analysis

Responsible for developing Performance

Management systems on Company, team, department and personal level.

Responsible for Defining KPI’s for every department and strictly enforce the implementation

Responsible for Conducting the status of the company and team’s potential, evaluate and Propose solutions.

Responsible for strict implementation of company working cultures, Company Planning and

Performance evaluation, Implementation of

Performance Improvement deployed software’s.

Responsible for selecting star and best employee of the company on weekly, Monthly,

Quarterly and Yearly basis as per the plan, Selecting Poor performer staffs as per the weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly plan basis, Propose Improvement Solutions for poor as well as high performers.

Responsible for developing employee engagement practices and activities and increase the efficiency of the company and employees.

Responsible for Developing knowledge Management systems and propose solutions.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Skill:

Excellent in communication and data analysis ability

Coordination and strong communication skills

Excellent computer, office applications, Ms. Words, PPT, Excel and email skills

Excellent written and oral communication skill

Excellent writing and speaking skill of

English and Amharic language

Strong interest to learn, adapt and cope with any assignment

Education & qualification:

Minimum of Bachelor of degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resource and Organizational Development, Human Resource and related with at least 4years’ work experiences out of which 2years’ experience on Product Champion or Performance Measurement and Evaluation, Performance Auditing and related positions.
