Requirements

  • Lead branch operations and team performance.

  • Drive customer acquisition, lending, and portfolio growth.

  • Manage loan performance, repayments, and collections.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and credit procedures.

  • Identify business opportunities and achieve branch targets.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services.

  • Proven experience in branch management, lending, and collections.

  • Strong leadership, business development, and customer relationship skills.

  • Target‑driven with strong analytical and communication abilities.
