ICS Partnerships Coordinator – CSEC & Online Child Safety Jobs in Kenya;The Partnerships Coordinator leads the management of ICS SP’s implementing‑partner relationships for Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) and online child safety programming.

The role oversees project delivery, partner performance, and accountability, while providing technical guidance to ensure interventions reflect global best practice and support government uptake and scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership & Project Management

Oversee start‑up, implementation, and administration of partner projects

Set performance objectives and indicators with partners; review against obligations

Serve as primary point of contact for partner relationships; resolve bottlenecks and strengthen capacity

2. Technical Guidance

Provide technical support to design and implementation of CSEC and online safety interventions

Build capacity of ICS SP and partner staff

3. Accountability & Reporting

Support partners to produce timely progress, process, and financial reports

Consolidate reports for internal and external accountability

4. Monitoring, Learning & Research

Develop and implement M&E and learning framework for interventions

Work with MEAL Coordinator and research partners to embed evaluation practice

Identify opportunities to share and disseminate findings

5. Networking & Advocacy

Build relationships with government departments, technical partners, and coordination structures

Lead advocacy agenda for CSEC and online safety; provide evidence and strategic direction for government uptake and scale‑up

6. Representation

Represent ICS SP at government, donor,

and partner forums in coordination with Programmes Manager and Director

Requisite Requirements

Minimum 10 years’ experience in child protection programming and partnership management, with at least 8 years focused on violence and exploitation prevention/response

Strong technical knowledge of global evidence and best practice on CSEC and online child safety

Proven track record coordinating complex, multi‑partner programmes

Demonstrated advocacy and influencing skills with government and multi‑sector coalitions

Sound understanding of project planning, budgeting, and donor reporting

Experience supporting partners in design, monitoring, evaluation, and dissemination

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Gender, Public Health, Child Protection, or related field; Master’s degree an advantage

Familiarity with Tech4Dev approaches an advantage
