Job Summary:

    Responsibilities:

    The SALES TEAM LEADER will be responsible for taking on the Team growth and Management role with the following as the key performance indicators;

  • Recruit Commission based Life Assurance Sales Agents

  • Train new Agents and exiting Agents

  • Supervise and manage the Sales Team

  • Ensure that the team achieves the set Daily Sales Targets

    Requirements:

  • Academic Qualifications: Minimum of A Degree from a reputable institution.

  • Age: Between 28 and 40 years

    Skills and Competencies:

  • Computer Literate

  • Ability to make reports

  • Fluent in Written and spoken English
