What you will be doing:

Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties

Plan and coordinate events for the hotel

Publicizing and marketing hotel events, properties or spaces to get them booked

Working with clients to guide them through event details and serving as their personal coordinator throughout the entire planning process

Serve as a principal source of information for the team

Prepare and maintain your department’s records

Your experience and skills include:

A foundation degree, higher national diploma or degree in events

At least three years experience in event planning or sales

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests

Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion

Competency using a variety of computer softwares
