Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, treatment and monitoring.

Administer medications and maintain accurate medical records.

Support doctors and other healthcare professionals in clinical procedures.

Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.

Ensure compliance with nursing standards, hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Promote a safe, clean and supportive environment for patients.

Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.

Registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya.

Strong clinical knowledge and patient‑care skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Commitment to integrity, compassion and professional ethics.
