Job DescriptionHumedicae.V is German based International NGO registered in Ethiopia in February 2010. Currently, it is looking for a qualified Store Accountant for humedica e .V, Ethiopia Country Office
Job Summary
Being accountable to the finance head, the job of store accountant involves properly registering good and materials of humedica and valuation the goods per year and prepares depreciation cost for all items under each project.
Basic Functions
Register all humedica projects property together with the concerned project staff.
Valuate the project and the Country office goods yearly for IPSAS report.
Ensures that all newly purchased items are registered and the person who received the items also should sign on GRN.
Support the project staff on registering goods and inventory report preparation.
Prepare general humedica inventory report per year.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Required
Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Supplies Management or Accounting.
Required Experience
a minimum of five years experience for diploma holder and 3 years for BA degree holder (Experience in humanitarian organization or INGO/NGOis desirable)
Language skills: Very good English speaking and writing skill and speaking Other local languages/Amharic, Oromifa and Somali/ is an added advantage
Other Skills: Very good communication skill ,empathy and patience
Interpersonal Skills requirements: Ability to work harmoniously with the team.
