Human Capital Outsourcing Limited Sales, Marketing & Logistics Manager Jobs in Kenya;seeking a Sales, Marketing & Logistics Manager to lead sales growth, market expansion and logistics operations. The postholder will develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability, oversee distribution and order fulfillment, and strengthen customer relationships while ensuring efficient supply chain management.

Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability.

  • Develop pricing and promotional strategies.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and departmental budgets.

    Customer & Market Development

  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.

  • Develop new markets and distribution channels.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service delivery.

    Logistics & Operations

  • Lead and manage sales and logistics teams.

  • Oversee order fulfillment and product distribution.

  • Optimize logistics and transportation operations.

  • Monitor inventory availability and product movement.

    Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with production and finance departments.

  • Prepare departmental performance reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

  • Supply Chain qualification required.

  • Master’s degree an advantage.

    Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in management.

  • FMCG industry experience preferred.

  • Sales leadership and logistics management knowledge required.
