Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability.

  • Optimize logistics and transportation operations.

  • Monitor inventory availability and product movement.

  • Develop pricing and promotional strategies.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and departmental budgets.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service delivery.

  • Collaborate with production and finance departments.

  • Prepare departmental performance reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

    Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Marketing Degree.

  • Supply Chain Qualification.

  • Master's Degree Advantage.

  • Five Years Management Experience.

  • FMCG Industry Experience.

  • Sales Leadership Experience.

  • Logistics Management Knowledge.

  • Business Development Skills.

  • Budget Management Skills.

  • ERP Systems Knowledge.

  • Excellent Negotiation Skills.

  • Valid Driving Licence.
