Human Capital Outsourcing Limited Sales Assistant Jobs in Kenya


Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries.

  • Promote company products.

  • Process customer orders.

  • Generate quotations.

  • Support sales campaigns.

  • Maintain customer records.

  • Follow up customer orders.

  • Assist in product merchandising.

  • Conduct market visits.

  • Prepare daily sales reports.

  • Support customer collections.

  • Resolve customer complaints.

  • Maintain showroom displays.

  • Assist during promotional events.

  • Support business development activities.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

    Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing.

  • Business‑related qualification.

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience.

  • FMCG experience (advantage).

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Selling and negotiation skills.

  • Teamwork and time management skills.

  • High integrity.
