Human Capital Outsourcing Limited Restaurant Rider / Distributor Jobs in Kenya; Deliver customer orders accurately and on time while ensuring safe, hygienic transportation of food products. Maintain professional customer interactions, handle payments, and support distribution and inventory movement to achieve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Dispatch

  • Deliver customer orders accurately and on time.

  • Verify orders before dispatch and delivery.

  • Obtain delivery confirmations from customers.

  • Support order dispatch and packaging activities when required.

    Customer Service
  • Maintain professional customer interactions at all times.

  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback courteously.

  • Collect payments and issue receipts where applicable.

  • Account for all cash collections and deliveries.

    Record Keeping
  • Maintain delivery records and daily logs.

  • Ensure proper handling and protection of food products.

    Motorcycle Operations & Safety
  • Conduct daily motorcycle inspections and safety checks.

  • Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned motorcycle.

  • Report maintenance issues and operational challenges promptly.

  • Adhere to traffic laws and road safety regulations.

  • Wear and maintain required safety gear.

    Distribution Support
  • Assist with product distribution and inventory movement.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

    Requirements for Appointment

    Education & Experience
  • KCSE Certificate or
    equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in delivery services.

  • Experience in food delivery services is an added advantage.

    Skills & Competencies
  • Valid motorcycle riding license.

  • Good knowledge of local routes and road networks.

  • Clean riding record and strong safety awareness.

  • Motorcycle riding skills and route planning knowledge.

  • Customer service and cash handling skills.

  • Communication and time management skills.

  • Problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.

  • Professional conduct, reliability, and dependability.

  • Road safety awareness and record‑keeping skills.

  • Teamwork, collaboration, integrity, and accountability.

  • Product handling skills.
