Human Capital Outsourcing Limited Mixologist Jobs in Kenya




Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages.

  • Create and develop drink recipes.

  • Maintain bar inventory and stock levels.

  • Ensure bar cleanliness and hygiene standards.

  • Serve guests in a professional manner.

  • Recommend drinks to guests.

  • Manage bar equipment and tools.

  • Monitor beverage quality and presentation.

  • Control wastage and bar costs.

  • Process guest orders accurately.

  • Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.

  • Collaborate with bar and kitchen teams.

  • Maintain bar menu updates.

  • Handle guest complaints professionally.

    Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Mixology, Hospitality, or related field.

  • At least two (2) to three (3) years’ experience as a mixologist or bartender.

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages.

  • Experience in luxury hotel or high‑end bar preferred.

  • Good customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of bar operations and inventory control.

  • Ability to work in fast‑paced environment.

  • Creativity in drink preparation.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Team player attitude.

  • High level of professionalism.

  • Integrity and reliability.
