Human Capital Outsourcing Limited Corporate Communication Officer Jobs in Kenya



Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies.

  • Prepare press releases, newsletters, speeches and corporate publications.

  • Manage internal and external communication channels.

  • Coordinate media relations and public engagement activities.

  • Develop content for company website and social media platforms.

  • Support branding, marketing and public relations campaigns.

  • Coordinate corporate events, exhibitions and CSR activities.

  • Manage crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.

  • Produce photography, video and promotional communication materials.

  • Monitor media coverage and prepare communication reports.

  • Ensure consistency of corporate branding across all platforms.

  • Collaborate with departmental heads on communication initiatives.

  • Support customer engagement and stakeholder communication.

  • Monitor communication trends and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate communication policies.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

    Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.

  • Marketing‑related qualification.

  • Minimum 3 years’ communications experience.

  • Public relations and corporate branding experience.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing.

  • Content creation and social media management experience.

  • Photography and videography
    skills (advantage).

  • Graphic design knowledge.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
