Human Capital Outsourcing Limited Chief Executive Officer Jobs in Kenya;seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide overall strategic and operational leadership across the Group. The postholder will oversee farm, production, restaurant, franchise, vendor and distribution operations, drive revenue growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure the Group operates profitably, efficiently and sustainably.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with growth objectives.

  • Drive sales growth and achievement of commercial targets.

  • Lead business expansion, new outlets and market development initiatives.

    Operations Management

  • Oversee poultry production, farm efficiency and supply continuity.

  • Ensure effective coordination between farm and commercial operations.

  • Strengthen distributor relationships and expand market coverage.

  • Manage procurement, inventory, logistics and supply chain operations.

    Financial Management

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and business plans.

  • Monitor profitability, costs, margins and overall financial performance.

  • Implement effective systems, controls, reporting and governance structures.

    People Leadership

  • Lead and mentor departmental heads and senior management teams.

  • Establish performance targets and accountability across departments.

  • Strengthen organizational culture, discipline and performance standards.

    Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent Attila Chicken in industry, commercial and stakeholder forums.

  • Develop strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.

  • Provide regular performance reports to the Board.

    Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or
    related field.

    Experience

  • Minimum 10 years in management • At least 5 years in senior leadership.

  • Strong commercial and P&L management experience.

  • Experience in FMCG, agribusiness, food, retail, hospitality or distribution preferred.

  • Proven track record of business growth and expansion.

  • Experience managing franchises, distributors or multi‑site operations an advantage.
