Human Asset Consultants Ltd Travel Consultant Jobs in Kenya;The Travel Consultant will manage client bookings, prepare quotations, and ensure seamless travel arrangements. The role involves handling GDS ticketing, maintaining supplier networks, and ensuring accurate documentation for travel services.

Responsibilities

Client Bookings & Ticketing

  • Prepare travel quotations and manage changes or cancellations.

  • Handle day‑to‑day GDS ticketing and bookings on Galileo/Travelport.

  • Ensure accurate documentation (visas, permits, insurance, contracts).

    Supplier & Network Management

  • Build and maintain strong supplier networks (hotels, airlines, guides, transport providers).

  • Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless client bookings.

    Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain internal reporting systems and ensure all bookings are logged accurately.

    Requirements

  • Diploma in Tourism Management, Tours & Travel, or equivalent (Mandatory).

  • 2–3 years’ hands‑on GDS experience, specifically on Galileo/Travelport (Mandatory).

  • Customer‑focused with a professional, outgoing demeanor.

  • Strong collaboration skills across teams and departments.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
