Job Description

  • Hulegeb Online Solution PLC is a young and dynamic IT company established in Ethiopia.

    Cash Officer Duties and responsibilities:

  • Post daily sales and Payout Advances in ERP

  • Follow up on timely settlement of trade receivables

  • Track manual payments and assure their proper treatment in ERP

  • Assure all documents/receipts are provided by sales persons on time.

  • Responsible for reconciling customer balances on ERP vs. cash-on-hand balance.

  • Assure sales persons are operating within their approved credit limits and request approval when limit is surpassed

  • Processing and requesting approvals as per the Approval Matrix for sales ticket removal requests on time. And maintaining proper documentation for monthly analysis.

    Job Requirements

    Cash Officer Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BA in Accounting and Finance from a recognized university.

  • A minimum of one year professional experience in Account Receivables Management or Sales Administration roles is prefer

    Competencies

  • Basic computer skills and experience

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
