Job Description

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods or materials.

Verify and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks.

Ensure proper storage and organization of products to optimize space utilization.

Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock outs and minimize wastage

Prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements or internal requests.

Pack, label, and document goods for delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Monitor shipment progress and address any issues or delays proactively

Maintain comprehensive records of all incoming and outgoing goods.

Generate and update relevant documentation, such as packing slips and delivery notes.

Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, dispatch activities, and stock movements.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures for record keeping.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Procurement/ Supply Chain or BCOM

Knowledge in using inventory management systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory tracking.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to stores and dispatch operations.
