Principal Accountabilities:

Reporting to the Board and being responsible for supervising line managers and leading the team

Identify and manage strategic partnerships that are value-adding to the customers and the company

Develop and coordinate the marketing strategy to ensure online presence and lead generation

Closing sales and leases on properties, and managing existing accounts

Aggressively sell the allocated property to achieve sales targets

Coordinate overall achievement of the teams’ sales targets

Ensure agreed-upon turnaround time (TAT) is adhered to for customer satisfaction

Manage departmental budget for efficient utilization

Develop products and policies recommendations, frequently review and implement these policies

Generate market intelligence reports to improve the company’s offering

Report on sales activities to top management

Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics or related discipline from a recognized university

Master’s Degree will be an added advantage

At least seven (5) years of sales experience within the property sales industry and a maximum of 10 years experience, two (2) of which should be at a senior level

Must be a member of the estate agent’s registration board

Must have skills in real estate brokerage and property management

Must have good business development and networking skills

Have good reporting and team management skills

Proven ability to close sale deals and achieve targets, and confident
