Job Specifications

  • Development and implementation of customer experience and branding strategies.

  • Develop Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials

  • Conduct awareness/outreach/CSI programmes

  • Monitoring and evaluation of communication strategies

  • Development and review of the service delivery charter

  • Monitoring the implementation of the service delivery charter

  • Updating the website content

  • Resolve customer complaints

  • Development communication and messaging content

  • Policing the brand

  • Develop, monitor, and report on individual performance targets.

  • Comply with laws, regulations, standards, internal policies, and procedures.

  • Prepare and submit timely reports and information for decision making.

    Person Specifications

    For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -


  • Four (4) years’ work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: - Journalism, Communication

  • Public Relations, International Relations, Social Science or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and


  • Meet the requirements of Chapter six of the Constitution.
