Job Summary:

  • Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the employment process.

  • Conduct orientation for new employees and train existing employees.

  • Oversee the health and safety of all employees.

  • Implement and coordinate the performance management system.

  • Monitor staff performance and attendance.

  • Communicate with staff about issues affecting their performance.

  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures to management and staff to ensure compliance.

  • Perform payroll and benefits administration.

  • Support and respond to all internal and external HR related enquiries or requests.

  • Organize and facilitate staff training and other company events.

  • Represent the company in labour proceedings.

  • Manage offboarding of employees during exits.

  • Keep accurate and proper records of employee information in electronic and manual format.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

  • Maintain compliance with laws concerning employment.

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

    Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field.

  • Member of IHRM

  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience required.
