Dimensions of Role:

Updating all staff personal data and contract information on Human Resource Information System(HRIS)

Typical Responsibilities - Key end Results of the Position:

  • Collecting staff personal data from personal file and updating the data like date of birth, nationality and emergency contact on HRIS system
    Collecting staff contract data from personal file and updating all staff contract information like date of hire, date of promotion, date of transfer and others on HRIS system
  • Manages inconsistency of information such as age discrepancy, gender, grade and other profiles of the staff
  • Works extra hours in case bulk data are available and under stressful situation

    Educational Qualification and Experience
  • Diploma in information Communication Technology, Information management, Secretary Science, Marketing, Data Management or related fields.
  • Minimum of one years of experience in data management.
  • Knowledge, skill specific to the post
  • Proven experience as data entry clerk
  • Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
